Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information LifeNuva Inc. collects, why it is used, who may receive it, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

  • Account and contact details, including your name, email address, mailing address, encrypted password, and account-security events.
  • Membership information, including sponsor and placement relationships, member and invitation codes, activation status, points, rewards, and team performance.
  • Commerce information from Shopify and related services, including customer identifiers, products, orders, payments, discounts, cancellations, and refunds used by the member system.
  • Identity, tax, and payout information you submit, such as SSN/KYC materials, verification documents, and bank-account details needed for eligible withdrawals.
  • Technical and consent records, including session, security, device or network information, policy version, and the date and time of consent.

How we use information

  • Create, authenticate, protect, support, and close accounts; prevent duplicate registration, misuse, and fraud.
  • Lock the sponsor relationship at registration and operate the separate referral and placement structures.
  • Determine membership activation from one paid activation order with a product subtotal of at least USD $1,000; separate orders cannot be combined.
  • Calculate and display points, rewards, discounts, team activity, withdrawal eligibility, and related reports; investigate errors and process necessary corrections.
  • Meet tax, accounting, audit, security, dispute-resolution, and other legal or compliance obligations.

Access, service providers, and disclosure

Access is limited by role and business need. Authorized operations, finance, and compliance personnel may access information required for their duties. Service providers such as Shopify, hosting, email, infrastructure, and professional advisers may process only the information needed to provide their services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a lawful corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for unrelated purposes.

Retention and account closure

Information is retained while your account remains open and for the period reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, audit, security, fraud prevention, disputes, and other legal obligations. Closing an account disables sign-in and invitations but does not immediately erase transaction, organization, compliance, or audit history. When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized according to applicable requirements.

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or raise a privacy concern. LifeNuva may verify your identity before acting and may retain information where a legal exception or obligation applies. Contact LifeNuva through the support channel listed on this site.

Security and policy updates

LifeNuva uses role-based access, encryption where appropriate, audit records, and other technical and organizational safeguards designed for the member system. No method is completely risk-free, so keep your credentials private and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may update this notice when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date are shown here, and login consent is recorded against that version.
