Terms of Use and Member Program

Accounts and sponsor relationship

• Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access.
• Registration requires a valid invitation. The sponsor relationship is locked when the account is created and is separate from placement in the member network.
• Registration creates an account but does not by itself activate membership. A member code and an invitation code serve different purposes.

Membership activation

Membership reaches the purchase threshold only when one paid activation order has a product subtotal of at least USD $1,000. Separate orders cannot be combined or accumulated. If the workflow requires sponsor confirmation, activation completes only after that confirmation.

Orders, points, and rewards

• Shopify order, payment, discount, cancellation, and refund data may affect member-system calculations.
• Points and rewards follow the program rules shown in the member system and may be corrected if the underlying order is refunded or invalidated.
• Participation does not guarantee income or any particular reward amount.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse codes, create deceptive or duplicate accounts, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person's information. Accounts may be restricted while suspected abuse, fraud, security, or compliance issues are reviewed.

Updates and interpretation

Last updated: August 27, 2026. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LifeNuva Inc. retains the final right to interpret these Terms of Use and the Member Program. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
